Health and Human Services (HHS) Tenant Improvements

General work description: Washington County is requesting sealed bids for tenant improvements to 3700 SW Murray in Beaverton, Oregon. The Work of the Contract comprises improvements to an existing 9,550 SF portion of the main floor of to accommodate Health and Human Services (HHS) staff. Work includes selective demolition and construction of new non-structural partition walls to create offices and meeting spaces for use by Washington County HHS employees. Remove existing UPS unit and replace with new transformer. Existing casework and finishes are to be modified or replaced (as directed in the documents). Work also includes modifications to existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing (bidder designed); modifications as needed to existing fire suppression and fire alarm systems (bidder designed); and required material and labor for the finished construction as indicated on the Drawings, and as specified in this Project Manual for the Washington County HHS Tenant Improvement.
