CONS-21695 - USA (Des Moines, Iowa) - Construction Site Preparation Service - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction site preparation service to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.      – Site preparation work shall consist of clearing, grubbing, stripping, refuse removal, bank sloping and structure removal on the site as necessary to rid the site of all undesirable materials on or near the surface and prepare the site for the structure.– The work shall consist of installing measures or performing work to control erosion and minimize the production of sediment and other pollutants to water and air during construction operations.– Engineer or qualified technician with survey equipment when contractor is nearing final construction grade and before topsoil placement.– Quality assurance (QA) is the responsibility of the design engineer of record.  – Engineer refers to either the design engineer of record or an engineer designated.– Embankment construction.– Steel sheet pile installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.         (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on June 24, 2026.
