CONS-21896 - USA (Monument, Colorado) - Advanced Water Treatment Plant and Preconstruction Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced water treatment plant and preconstruction services to the government authority located in Monument, CO. – assist the Owner and Engineer in finalizing the design, developing the Construction Documents, and establishing the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).– Provide ongoing GMP development throughout all design phases, including updates with proposed value engineered options.– As part of the project team, the Engineer (and its subconsultants) will be responsible for coordinating the design, progress review(s), preparing a coordinated set of Construction Documents, and limited construction phase engineering services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
