Design Services for Renovations to Greenwood County Health Department Building

Greenwood County (“Owner”) is requesting qualifications from Design Firms for architecture, engineering, construction inspection/administration, and subcontracted special services. Proposed work must be performed and completed in such a manner as to be eligible for funding through Community Development Block Grants(CDBG). The services may include, but are not limited to the design, bidding, and construction phases of a complete building renovation to the Greenwood County Health Department Building. The anticipated scope of services is listed below: 1. HVAC Replacements 2.Restroom Updates/Improvements 3. Asbestos Abatement 4. ADA Improvements 5. Front Airlock Improvements 6. Concrete Improvements 7. Exterior Painting 8. Awning Replacement 9. Door Replacements 10. Parking Lot Improvements
