Description
The City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Animal Care and Control (“AC&C”), is now accepting proposals from professional Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendors for Records Management System (RMS) software. Proposals will be accepted for all of the services identified in the “Scope of Work” section set forth below. The selected bidder will provide a secure and user-friendly web-based records management system with cloud storage, usable via Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers, as well as Android or iOS mobile devices, suitable for a governmental animal control agency. Full requirements are listed under the Scope of Work section set forth below.
