The City of St. Petersburg is seeking to procure QTY one (1) Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 electric multi-turn valve actuator as a direct drop-in replacement for the existing valve operation assembly at the North East Water Reclamation Facility (NEWRF), which is currently beyond economic repair. This procurement is intended to restore existing valve actuation functionality without modification to the installed valve, mounting interface, or control architecture. No substitute, alternate manufacturer, or equivalent product will be accepted. Only the specified Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 actuator will be considered for award.
