Exterior and Interior Improvements of the Fire Prevention Facility

The includes interior and exterior renovation of an existing 2,500 square foot building located at 650 W. Montrose Street, in Clermont, Florida. The exterior renovations include work on all sides, with the primary modifications to the front (south) façade, removal of the curved glass block walls and the squaring of the building corners, as well as new brick veneer and storefront windows. The entire exterior of the building will be repainted. Interior work includes the necessary modifications to provide four (4) offices, a new reception area, an open work area, a conference room, a break room, and accessible restrooms. The estimated cost for this project is $435,000.
