Vending Machine Services

Ector County is seeking proposers to provide pricing for Vending Machine Services. The project will be a two-year turnkey job and may be renewed for up to three (3) additional, one (1) year periods, by mutual consent of both parties. Proposers are asked to provide options for additional machines that have not been part of past proposals. Ector County is seeking a solution to the following: Detention officers at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center and Juvenile Probation Center are on a 12-hour schedule. These officers are not allowed to leave the premises during meal breaks. Proposers are asked to propose a solution that will provide sufficient meal options for these two locations. One (1) food machine for each location. Proposers may be required to provide product samples for use in the analysis of their proposal.
