County-wide Vending Machine Services with Healthy Options

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendors for the provision of healthy vending machines services for the County at various locations in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) and County Policy 14‐1, Vending Machine Services. To this end, the Department is interested in a single contractor for the provision and operation of vending services in accordance with Attachment A, Scope of Services, of this ITB. The resulting contract will be revenue generating for the County with an initial term of one (1) year with four (4) 1‐year renewal options. Leon County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful vendor for any vending related items or services that are not specifically listed. The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for September 14, 2022 at 10:00AM at Leon County Purchasing Division. Non-attendance will deem vendor ineligible for bid submission.
