RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE, ORGANICS, RECYCLABLES, OIL, AND BULKY WASTE MATERIAL IN THE SOUTH COUNTY AREA

The County is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from entities with demonstrated experience in collecting residential garbage, organics, and recycling materials. The Contractor will provide collection services in the designated service area which consists of the unincorporated area of Sacramento County generally south of Calvine Road/Cosumnes River Blvd. and its easterly and westerly extensions (South County), as shown in Exhibit A. The County expects that South County collection services provided by the successful Contractor will be functionally identical to those currently provided by the County in the North County service area, including curbside collection of: Garbage, organics, and recycling material using 30, 60, and 90-gallon carts, maintained, repaired, and/or replaced by the Contractor, as needed.
