TRAFFIC BARRICADES AND DRUMS

The City of Newport News (the “City” or "Owner") is seeking quotes from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and quotes will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than October 20, 2022, at 1:00 PM EST (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Traffic Barricades and Drums. NOTE TO BIDDERS: BE SURE TO GIVE YOURSELF ADEQUATE TIME TO SUBMIT A BID. ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR UNCERTAINTY WITH THE SUBMITTAL PROCESS SHALL NOT BE CAUSE FOR ACCEPTING A BID THAT WAS NOT SUBMITTED ON TIME.
