Provide, Place and Remove Traffic Control Devices for Gingerbread Celebration

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking quotes from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes for a Contractor to provide, place and remove traffic control devices including placement of DOT Standard Reflective Signs, Cones or Drums and Barricades for the Gingerbread Celebration in the Hilton Village area of the City on December 14, 2024.
