Pharmacy Benefits Management

In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, Proposals for the material or services specified will be received by Gilbert Public Schools (the District) electronically through OpenGov. Proposals received by the correct time and date, shall be opened and only the name of the Offerors shall be publicly read and recorded. All other information contained in the Proposal shall remain confidential until award is made. The Gilbert Public Schools (GPS) Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) oversees the operation of school district’s self-funded employee benefits trust. The Trust Board is comprised of Gilbert Public Schools certified staff, support staff, and administrators. Please note the following dates that the District is closed: November 10th, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2023. In December the District is closed December 22nd, 25th, and 29, 2023.
