Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services. – A brief summary of the overall strategic plan, designed to be shared with the public,– An action plan of short–, medium–, and long–term objectives to implement the strategic plan over the next 5 years, which would be an internal document that the staff and board would periodically update as needed,– Assessing current programs and operations and identifying changes needed to ensure they align with our priorities,– Evaluating major strategic opportunities, including potential partnerships or mergers with otherorganizations, program expansion or development, and other growth opportunities,– Assessing current and long–term fundraising needs and strategies to strengthen fiscal sustainability, diversify revenue sources, and align fundraising with organizational goals,– Assessing organizational structure, including current staff capacity, future staffing and technology needs, succession planning, and potential shifts in responsibilities to support growth.– Identifying strategies to grow and diversify community of members, supporters, and participants through effective communication, outreach, and engagement across the state.
