RFQP - 26-001 As-Needed Materials Testing Services

The City of Jackson is currently inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the as needed materials testing for the 2026 and 2027 construction season projects. This list is tentative and subject to change with projects being added or removed. These projects include, but are not limited to, the following: Year Street Project Limits Construction Type 2026 Bloomfield Boulevard West Ave to Fourth St Street paving 2026 Bowen Street Morrell to Carlton Water main construction 2026 Burr Street Waterloo to East Ave Water main construction 2026 Elizabeth Street Park to Waterloo Water main construction 2026 Ganson Street Elm to east City Limits Water main construction and street paving 2026 Griswold Street Third to Woodbridge Water main and sewer construction 2026 Joy Street Summit to Elm Water main construction 2026 Major and Local Streets Various Locations Replacement of 500 lead service lines 2027 Morrell Street Brown to Bowen Water main construction street paving 2027 Page Avenue Elm to east City Limits Street Paving The projects listed above are subject to the appropriation of monies by bodies outside of Engineering. In the event that a project is unfunded, it will be removed from the project list and not tested, without penalty to the City. In the event additional projects are added to the project list by the City, it shall be tested at the contract unit prices for the items listed in the Schedule of Unit Prices.
