(1) Vendor needs to provide concrete pool deck corrective recommendations services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Provide guidance on the future development of the pool complex and surrounding area.– Plan shall include an analysis of the existing site, existing buildings, conditions, development recommendations, phasing/priority recommendations, and cost analysis. – There are no preconceived ideas for the programming direction of the aquatic facility.• Building demolition / replacement options. • Building renovation / reconfiguration options. • Pool entry / exit relocation options. • Pool depth modification options. • Pool reconfiguration with ramped or zero depth access. • Pool removal / replacement options. • Mechanical building relocation or replacement. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.
