Washougal Concrete On-Call Services 2025, 2026, 2027

General work description: The scope of services required to assist the City include, but are not limited to; site preparation, compaction, forming, placing, and finishing concrete. The city will handle all demolition and saw cutting as needed. The scope of work will also include installation of concrete sidewalks, concrete slabs, driveways, curbs, curb ramps, aprons, drainage inlets, and other formed concrete work. Some ancillary work may be required such as handrails, treads, and ADA warning strips installation. All work shall be done in accordance with ADA standards (Americans with Disability Act). Successful Vendors also may be asked to respond to the City’s emergency needs by providing after hours concrete work. Services to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call Concrete maintenance and repair work at various locations throughout the City. It is the intent of the City of Washougal to identify and establish long term partnerships with highly qualified contractors. To achieve the best level of service, the City believes that the relationship must be based on mutual trust and respect. Teamwork, flexibility, and cooperation will be essential characteristics of the successful Contractor.
