Description
The St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), through Pinellas County, invites interested consultants to submit their qualifications to provide professional architectural, engineering, planning, and construction engineering and inspection services for the design and construction of the expansion of the existing terminal building. The airport intends to select a Construction Manager at Risk, (CMAR) for the construction of the project. It is noted that the selected consultant will be working closely with CMAR during the design and construction of the project. It is anticipated that the CMAR will be joining the design effort during the preliminary design phase.
