Project Description: Project Description The City of Charlottesville owns and operates Meadowcreek Golf Course, an 18-hole golf course located within the City. Established in 1974, the 155 acre course was initially designed by the late and noted golf course architect Raymond F. Loving, a Fellow in the American Society of Golf Course Architects. This project is to replace the existing irrigation system with a new system.
