RFP #ACARC-0031 - Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) Hotline Services

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Auditor Controller is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Hotline Services for the County of Riverside’s Auditor Controller. The County of Riverside seeks proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to implement and manage a comprehensive Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) reporting solution. This solution must include a toll-free telephone hotline, a hosted internet-based reporting platform, and an integrated case management system that supports secure tracking, monitoring, and resolution of all submitted reports.
