2024 Pavement Overlay and Resurfacing Program - Monument Preservation

The City seeks professional land survey services from a qualified and experienced consultant to provide pre-construction and post-construction survey services and necessary documentation for monument preservation pursuant to the mandate of section 8771 of the Business and Professions Code (Land Surveyor Act) as well as with City Standards. The current street treatments are preliminary and are subject to change prior to bid advertisement. An updated list of streets may be provided to the consultant prior to awarding the Surveying Agreement which is expected in December 2023. The Consultant is expected to prepare a proposal that addresses all tasks as outlined below and approach to accomplishing the same. Develop a timeline that describes the process and key milestones for completing the project on time and within budget. The Consultant's past experience in related projects, as well as the proposed schedule will be given important consideration by the City in making a final selection. In order to assist us in our evaluation, please submit information relative to your past experience on similar projects.
