KING COVE TO COLD BAY ROAD - CM/GC

Construction of an approximately 18.9 mile single-lane gravel roadway including 13.3 miles of new construction through disturbed and undisturbed lands and 5.6 miles of construction along existing roads and trails to connect the communities of King Cove and Cold Bay. Work includes earthwork, embankment construction, aggregate surfacing, drainage features, fish passage and stream crossings, erosion and sediment control, signage, a steel girder bridge, and associated appurtenances. The project is being delivered using the CM/GC project delivery method and may include an Early Work Package (EWP) to initiate construction in Fall 2026.
