(1) Vendor needs to provide ITS communication system upgrade services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.• Tower structure with foundation;• Conduit system for power conductors;• Conduit system for communication cables;• Three–point locking system with Corbin locks and stainless steel handles;• Two–position bar stops on the bottom of each door;• Thermostatically controlled heater;• Removable self–standing 19 in rack assembly;• Two lights–one at the top of each door opening etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
