Master Services Agreement for Emergency Management Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to define the County’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services offered by Proposers that fall within the scope of services as further described in this RFP. The Solano County Office of Emergency Services, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” intends to secure a five-year contract with a qualified proposer to provide emergency management functions, on an as-needed basis, including emergency planning, training and exercise program development and support, disaster response and on-site emergency response personnel, grant writing and management assistance, and disaster cost recovery and close-out activities.
