(1) Vendor needs to provide broker and consulting services for a consolidated health and welfare benefits program to the government authority located in Utah.– Broker and consulting firms to design, procure, implement, and provide ongoing support for a consolidated employee health and welfare benefits program– Include any combination of medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), short–term disability (STD), and long–term disability (LTD) benefits. Wellness programs, employee assistance programs, and other ancillary or supplemental benefits(2) The contract period will be for one year.
