2025 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT

The project consists of one (1) Base Bid and one (1) Alternate Bid. The Base Bid consists of roadway improvements to: S. Park Ct., Schanck Rd., Cottonwood Rd., Mohingson Ct., Countryview Ct., Deer Pond Lane, Tiberon Dr., White Cedar Lane, Monterey Ct., Brisbane Ct., Muncee Ct., Taylor Run, Fawn Path, Carol Ct., Sugar Lane, Gary Ct., Mountain Lane, The Summit, Orchard Ave., Miller Ave., Heather Hill Way, Sunapee Lane, Donner St., Telegraph Hill Rd., Winding Hill Way, Centerville Rd., Catbird Alley, Windingbrook Rd., Long Bridge Rd., Mayfair Dr., Putnam Ct. and Ely Rd. The work includes HMA milling and paving, upgrading bicycle safe grates/eco curb pieces, replacement of rolled asphalt curb and striping. Alternate Bid ‘A’ shall include installation of additional concrete and granite curb within the project limits. Street construction schedules are subject to change upon request of the Township.
