2025 Pavement Repair Project

The City of Watsonville – 2025 Pavement Repair Project, City Project No. ST-25-15187 consists of performing pavement maintenance and light rehabilitation of approximately 3.3 miles of existing street segments throughout the city, including: Base Bid Package: Harkins Slough Road from Green Valley Road to Ohlone Parkway Harkins Slough Road from Ohlone Parkway to Blackbird Circle Loma Prieta Avenue from Green Valley Road to Airport Boulevard Green Valley Road from Main Street to Loma Prieta Avenue/Pennsylvania Drive Freedom Boulevard from Alta Vista Avenue to Main Street Add Alternate A: Kilburn Street from Ford Street to West 5 th Street Add Alternate B includes the following street: Ford Street from Rodriguez Street to Walker Street Pavement maintenance and rehabilitation activities include the repair of localized base failures (digouts), Polymer Modified Slurry Seal (Type II), 2-inch Mill and Inlays, and 2.5-inch Mill and Inlays. New pavement surfaces will provide a smooth and safe right for bicyclists and vehicle and will be re-striped to current standards and provide improved visibility and pedestrian safety at crosswalks. The project scope is based on the city’s Pavement Management Program (PMP) for Year 1 (2025).
