(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Clean and mop all floors and vacuum carpets.– Empty all wastebaskets and replace liners.– Dust, clean, and disinfect all public areas; contractor shall not move items left on desks.– Sweep all outside steps, walkways, and back patio.– Clean all rooms, including tabletops, sinks, and surrounding areas.– Clean all restrooms– Remove all spider webs on walls, doors, and windows.– Clean glass doors and windows.– Clean shelves and mirrors.– Pressure wash exterior of building.– Strip and reapply wax in restrooms.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
