The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans by Jensen Hughes dated January 15, 2023, including 37 drawings sheets, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include upgrade of existing fire alarm systems including, but not limited to software, programming, and installation of various field components. The Project is located at the following locations: • Grant Brimhall Library – 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks • Newbury Park Library – 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park • Hill Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant – 9600 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo • Municipal Service Center – 1993 Rancho Conejo Road, Thousand Oaks
