TRAVEL-1742 - USA (Washington, DC) - Travel Management Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.  – Provide corporate travel services for official domestic and international travel of government employees and their dependents.– Travel reservations, issuance and delivery of tickets for air, rail, bus, ferry and steamship carriers; and where possible, advance seat assignments and advance boarding passes.– Air reservations must use a computer reservations system which interfaces with global distribution system.– Management information and billing reports derived from the booking database.– Reservations for lodging accommodations.– Commercial automobile rental services.– Detailed travellers’ itineraries.– This reservation system must securely store passenger data such as frequent flyer information. – The contractor shall be able to also issue ticket–less reservations on low–cost carriers which may use hybrid reservations using e–ticketing in addition to ticket less to accommodate codeshares and interlines.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
