Proposers shall provide fully trained and certified armed inmate security services (Guards) responsible for the safe and secure monitoring and containment of inmates from Solano County jails that are hospitalized in off-site medical facilities, as requested by the Sheriff's Office on an as-needed basis and in accordance with the terms and conditions identified in this procurement request.
