EXTRA-73129 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Irrigation Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide irrigation services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Provide irrigation system operations, maintenance, inspection, repair, and water management services across its property portfolio.– Contractor shall provide monthly irrigation reports including:• System inspections and operational status• Repairs performed• Irrigation scheduling adjustments• Water usage and efficiency review• Identification of irrigation deficiencies and corrective actions– All work shall comply with applicable irrigation and water regulations (e.g., Denver Water requirements).– Contractor shall adjust irrigation schedules based on:• Seasonal conditions• Water restrictions• Landscape requirements– Contractor shall maintain and optimize irrigation controller performance.– Provide timely annual seasonal start up services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
