Facilitation and Development of a Countywide Strategic Plan

Greenwood County, South Carolina (“the County”) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to facilitate the creation of a Countywide Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will serve as a roadmap to guide the County’s priorities, policy decisions, resource allocations, and performance measures for the next five to ten years. The selected consultant will work closely with the Greenwood County Council, County Manager, department heads, steering committee members, community stakeholders, and the public to develop a vision, mission, values, strategic priorities, and measurable goals that reflect the aspirations and needs of our diverse community.
