(1) Vendor needs to provide optimization and data integrity services.• System/application handle PHI, PII, PCI, Financial, Regulatory, or other sensitive/critical data.• Solution hosted on‑premises at UConn Health, vendor‑hosted, or hybrid.• Vendor‑hosted, Identify the hosting provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).• Vendor hosted have supporting systems attained a 3rd party assessment.• Conduct vulnerability scans and periodic penetration tests on applications and networks.• Provide cybersecurity whitepapers, architectural diagrams, MDS2, and other security documentation.• System/Application forward logs to a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management.• System/Application generate Ad Hoc reports containing the data elements.• Application support Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
