Request for Proposals - Sacramento International Airport Parking Reservation System Services

The County of Sacramento (County) owns and/or operates four airports in Sacramento County, including Sacramento International Airport (SMF or Airport) through the Department of Airports (SCDA or Department). The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from prospective service providers (Contractors) to provide the Department with an online Parking Reservation System (PRS) for the public parking facilities at SMF. The selected Contractor shall perform the services described in this RFP as requested by the Director of Airports (Director), on a time-and-expense basis, subject to a specified not-to-exceed amount. The selected Contractor shall be required to execute an agreement for the provision of PRS services, the template for which is attached hereto as Attachment 1 (Agreement). Any proposed exceptions to the terms and conditions of the Agreement must be clearly identified and submitted as part of the Contractor’s proposal using Attachment 5 – Exceptions and Substitutions. SMF is currently undergoing a comprehensive modernization initiative known as SMForward ( https://sacramento.aero/smforward) , a large-scale capital improvement program designed to reimagine and enhance the airport experience for passengers, employees, and partners. As part of this ambitious program, SMF is investing in infrastructure, technology, and services that improve operational efficiency, passenger convenience, and long-term scalability.
