Strategic Advisor

The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing strategic advice and communications regarding potential ballot measures. Specifically, the Santa Monica City Council seeks to place one or more revenue measures on the November 2020 ballot, and may consider additional ballot measures over the next five years. The City may accompany the ballot measure(s) with advisory measure(s) allowing voters to express preferences regarding how the revenue should be used (should voters approve the proposed measure).
