Description
The County intends to award an agreement to a qualified proposer to provide concession services under a flexible operational model. While Weedon Island has historically supported paddle-based rentals, the County is not prescribing a single service format. Proposers may submit innovative approaches, including: On-site rentals Satellite/off-site staging with delivery Guided eco-tours or educational programming Hybrid service models All proposals must comply with County operational, environmental, and site-specific constraints.
