Description
This State-funded project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace a portion of the existing roof at the William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery, including removal of existing roofing materials, related mechanical and electrical work, and associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Additive/ Alternate 1 includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install heat trace at roof drains occurring within the Basic Bid work area.
