Description
The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide LiDAR data, Digital Surface Model (DSM), Digital Elevation Model (DSM), and to develop 1-foot Contour Lines based upon the specifications outlined below. This data will serve as a critical piece of the City’s mapping, modeling and GIS applications.
