CONSULTING SERVICES TO EVALUATE THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY, PERSISTENT WATER INTRUSION, AND ADA COMPLIANCE OF THE OAK BROOK BUTLER GOVERNMENT CENTER

The Village of Oak Brook is seeking sealed proposals for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the Village’s eProcurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook on or before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Proposals received after this time and date will not be accepted. No proposal shall be withdrawn after opening of the proposals without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of the proposal opening. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to proceed or not to proceed with any subsequent proposal process, or to negotiate, without further process, any contract as may be in the best interest of the Village.
