On-Call Professional Services

The City of El Mirage is seeking certified professionals to be considered for its Qualified Consultants List (QCL) for on-call civil engineering services during the 2026 through 2029 Fiscal Years. The selected firms/individuals shall be knowledgeable in one or more of the disciplines listed in Section B.1. Extensive knowledge of the Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Standard Specifications and Standard Details, as well as any City of El Mirage Supplements, is necessary. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites respondents to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) describing in detail their technical, management and financial qualifications. The SOQ process will establish the terms and conditions governing the selection of firms/individuals to provide engineering services. All SOQ submissions shall be in the specified format outlined throughout this document. Selections will be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services offered.
