EDUCATION-17884 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Helicopter Pilot Training and Certification Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter pilot training and certification services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• A helicopter pilot training facility that is certified by the federal aviation administration (FAA) in accordance with Title 14 of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 61, 141. and 147 to provide helicopter flight training and certification, on an as needed basis.• Initiate student training within 30 days of receiving a request from the city, unless alternative instructions are provided and approved.    • Provide one–on–one instruction throughout the training program.• Private Pilot• Commercial Pilot• Instrument Rating• Instrument Flight Instructor• Provide progress reports or performance feedback for each trainee at each stage of training, prior to the FAA check ride, to allow time for corrective action.• Provide all required curriculum and training materials, including to flight manuals, handbooks, logbooks, and test preparation materials.• Provide certificates and ratings to trainees upon successful completion of the training program.Provide a helicopter for all required flight training hours.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
