Arizona Department of Environmental Quality In-Person Onsite Operator Certification Program Training Services

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for in-person onsite training for Arizona Department of Environmental Quality operator training services for a 2 year contract with three 1-year options to extend commencing on or about November 16,2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
