(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal area master plan study service to the government authority located in Birmingham, AL. – Airport planning firms for professional services associated with airport terminal and land side planning.– The selected firm shall be obligated to perform the necessary work involved in an airport master plan through project completion.– To develop a terminal area master plan that delivers practical solutions for the future development.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–submittal meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
