(1) Vendor needs to provide third party collection services to the government authority located in Irvine, CA.– Provide comprehensive, compliant, and customer focused collection services for delinquent toll violations, unpaid tolls, penalties, administrative fees, and negative FasTrak account balances.– Account eligibility:– Unpaid tolls, penalties, and administrative fees.– Out–of–state violations, subject to legislative authority and legal approval.– Other receivable categories approved by in writing during the contract term.– Initial account setup:– Acknowledge receipt of files and report any discrepancies.– Load accounts into its collection system.– Validate data completeness and integrity.– Establish internal tracking and audit controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
