(1) Vendor needs to provide web–hosted screening tool. – Development of tool to predict the location.– Development of a website that displays the map layer developed as well as other useful layers and user interface.– Development of products to assist the public in use of the website.– Provide an explanation of its use of Artificial Intelligence, both in its proposed solution and the development lifecycle of the proposed solution.– Includes the use of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and products.– Website domain for web accessible map.– Web–accessible map on a publicly facing website showing the location and extent.– Developed during this project should be useful to mitigation bankers and others involved in the work of protection and restoration for identifying sites suitable for wetland creation. – Utilization of predictive tool to generate a map layer predicting the extent and location.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
