HVAC - Emergency and On-Call Services for City Owned Facilities

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received by the City of Clearlake (“City”) electronically through the City of Clearlake’s ("City") electronic bidding website (“OpenGov Procurement”), until 3:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2025. Proposals may not be submitted by fax, email, telephone, mail, hand delivery, or other means; any proposals received through any means other than OpenGov Procurement will be returned to the proposer unopened. The City of Clearlake intends to award a three (3) year contract for HVAC Services for City Owned Facilities not to exceed $50,000 over the term of the contract.
