(1) Vendor needs to provide public opinion research service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.  – The program to strengthen multi–party–political system ahead of the June 2027 presidential election by supporting political parties and their affiliated think tanks to develop more research–based, citizen–responsive policy agendas we plan to conduct a nationwide public opinion poll to capture updated citizen views on key policy issues and inform party policy development.– Licensed to conduct public opinion research– Translation, formatting, pretesting, adaptation, and programming of questionnaire.– Development of a sampling methodology– Training supervisors and interviewers
