Downtown Area Sidewalk Cleaning

The Downtown Sidewalk Cleaning Project consists of the pressure cleaning of street sidewalks, and park area sidewalks, located in an approximate 16 square city block area in downtown Plant City, Florida. The sidewalks will be cleaned by using a surface cleaner and/or a gun and wand, depending on the condition of the sidewalk to be cleaned. No chemicals are to be used due to stormwater system quality restrictions. Water to be used for pressure cleaning, will be provided by the City through a fire hydrant meter located within the area, for the Contractor to fill their water tank(s).
