EXTRA-73091 - USA (West Palm Beach, Florida) - Transit Development Plan Update Service - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit development plan update service to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL.– Provide opportunities for public involvement in the Transit Development Plan (TDP) process while coordinating with and involving local and regional agencies.– Public outreach process and results shall be documented in a summary draft report chapter; copies of the outreach materials developed.– Provide project summary materials for website or social media use; document public comments or impressions.– Prepare a draft Public Involvement Plan (PIP) that will document the TDP–specific outreach activities planned.– Include public involvement activities to collect stakeholder input and educate and inform the community about the TDP and its results.– Conduct two online TDP–specific surveys to gather public input and reach a broader spectrum of the general public who may not be able to participate in other outreach activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
